Estimating total fuel flow from IDC

Any engine math whizzes able to give my brain a jump start? It's been a long day. I'm looking to review some logs of various driving scenarios in order to select the proper Hobbs switch for my fuel pump project.

assuming that the injectors truly flow what they're rated at (let's say svo 42s@58psi flows 48.5lbs/hr), and if you have 80% IDC (max you want to run reliably), then you will have 8injectors * 48.5lbs/hr * 0.80 = 310.4lbs/hr.
