I have a 2012 6.6L duramax with efi live tuner and 5" exhaust. My cold air intake was letting dust into the air intake. I've put my stock air intake back on. Truck through a P2263 code.i cleared the code and truck seems fine. Any thoughts?

Who tuned it? That's a code for P2263 Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost System Performance, sounds like the intake was allowing more air and now the ECM is detecting a difference between expected and actual airflow.

When truck goes to an idle it throws the p2263 code every time now even though I have put my cold air intake back on it. I had tuned the truck myself around two yrs ago.

Run sluggish going down the highway like I'm constantly pressing and depressing the throttle.
