merge file not found

how do I fix it and or what am I doing wrong ive tried contacting efi live but no response back yet need help

Please provide a screen shot, details of your software and firmware versions, vehicle and steps to reproduce the error.

boot block: 2.07.07
firmware: 2.07.101
2008 chevy Silverado 2500


I plug v2 in and lab in and got to tune and read late it read. it finishes and I turn vehicle off for 15 sec and than back on and the merge file not found pops up
I will get a screen shot when I can work been crazy busy
