How do I make changes for new trans, gears, etc.

I have a 98 LS1 camaro that was originally a manual trans. I have taken out the M6 and installed a TH400 auto with a gear vendors overdrive. The car has 4.11 rear end gears and the overdrive is .75 ratio. There is just so many things that have changed i'm not sure what the best way about making the proper changes would be. I went in and changed the gear ratios for the trans and changed the gear ratio for the rear end and calculated everything related to tire size. If there is something I am overlooking please let me know I am pretty new at this and learning daily :)

Are you using an aftermarket VSS sending unit for vehicle speed?

no just the stock one but we found the proper changes for the automoatic and everything works great. I'm just new to the software so finding the right tables or parameters takes a little time sometimes :)
