2010 Chevrolet 1500 tuning issue

Tuned the truck after a cam swap. On take off the truck is sluggish until about 3,000 RPMs then it will pull hard. Then at around 55-65 mph the truck surges and jerks almost like wire is loose. The transmission is not shifting hard when it is WOT, but when you are cruising or riding through a parking lot it shifts extremely hard. Checked the computer forDTCs and it shows none. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome! Please post a tune and log. Did you correct the VVE/MAF and adjust the spark tables accordingly after installing the cam?

You'll need to adjust the TQ coefficients so the transmission knows how much actual TQ the engine is making. Also shift feel between a 4LxxE vs a 6LxxE will be much different due to the physical design.
