The scanner shows 0 in the E85R pid. I did the COS Flex Fuel upgrade via the tutorial. Any ideas? I attached the tune.

An update. If I use the COS upgrade for Ethanol the sensor wont read. If I dont use the COS and turn on the sensor it works but I dont have access to tables A9972 and A9973. So how do we fix this?

Are you trying to use a real E85 sensor with the Custom OS? (sorry I may have misread what you said above).

Yes, we are using a GM sensor. It works great as long as I don't do the Ethanol Operating System upgrade.

Ok, the Ethanol upgrade was not designed to work as you are thinking.
This custom OS mod was designed to bypass the factory ethanol sensor processing routines (which it disables) so a simple switch wired to the ECM could be used to instantly select between 0% ethanol and 85% ethanol for use with Nitrous systems as an example where it is either on or off and you need to instantly change spark and fuel based on that.
If you want to run the ethanol sensor and have the ECM adjust based on the real sensor input for a given ethanol percentage then you cannot use the custom OS sorry.
