Help!! No PE Enable for 06 & 07 Classic Trucks!!

Ok,
So I have had this problem for sometime, 5+ years!!

I cannot, no matter what I do, get these trucks to go into PE mode?

I will post a cal and let you tell me if you have anything figured out.

It is only those trucks. I believe they have a different computer that looks the same as a P59, but I believe it may be a P66.

Do this:
- set B3609 to zero.
- set B3616 and B3615 to 65% below 3200 rpm, and to 35% above 3200 rpm.
- set B3613 to 65 kPa.
- set B3618 to EQR 1.19 in all cells (to be safe).
