RAM 2500 Cummins CM2200 U1601 DTC

Hi all. I wrote tuning file to my CM2200 with speed limiter set to 200 km/h. At the end of flashing error window pops up with message "Error: $0340: Download not Accepted ($40)". DTC U1601 apear, VIN deleted, injector codes deleted, car not starts. After flash original file all parameters sets up OK, car start normally. How to flash tuned file to CM2200? What i do wrong?

The error code description says For Cummins controllers:
Controller contains security to prevent modified tunes being programmed.

You'll need to remove the anti tuning boot loader on your ECM before flashing a modified tune. Here is the user guide. http://download.efilive.com/Tutorials/PDF/Cummins%20BootRSA%20Patch%20User%20Guide.pdf
