Ive got a 2009 G8, 402 stroker, small cam shaft, stock heads, headers and exhaust, and eforce blower, its got ID1000 injectors and at idle it runs very rich, ive scaled the injectors back 25% because of the hard limits in the PCM using injector dynamics data, Ive adjust the maf fueling up and down and the prediction coefficients up and it still stays rich at idle, ive reduced the short pulse adder and minimum pulse with by more than 50% and it still stays rich, commanded fuel is 14.68 when its happrning and the pcm is in closed loop operation.
Is there something Iam doing wrong or can someone point me in the right direction? TIA

Did you also scale for your FPR (did you measure it at 58 psi)...?

Does your 2009 E38 tune file B4001 have a limit of 16 g/s (127 lb/hr) for maximum IFR...?

After you also scaled MAF, did you do any correction to MAF...?

Post some log files.

Injector flow rate has been scaled, its a 127lb pcm, maff has been changed to ls7 maff card, fueling is pretty ball park when driving, its just really rich at idle, ive unplugged the maf just to be sure its using vve, injector wont lean off at idle even when i do large changes to the vve.
I might double check the injector flow rate table again at idle

I tell I've had no real issues even with id2000 style injectors on the e38 once you drop the rail pressure right down and get your scaling right. so it should be a walk in the park for doing the 1000's (done a few myself also)
