ERROR $0573 - but not

Nobody had tuned my van but me...
Last installed tune about 3 months or so ago.
Went to read the tune just now to make sure of what I had in it, and...

nothing... Just this
ERROR $0573 Controller is locked with a custom key

I never locked anything, nor did I do anything different than always have done.

It is possible that the NVRAM area (where the seed/key is stored) has become corrupt, or a few years ago there was a bug in the V7 software that could cause the seed/key to get reset during a full flash.

Try reading the controller using the V8 software with the "Try Alt Keys" and the "Assume Lock May be Faulty" options checked. If that reads out OK then send me the trace file and I can explain what steps you need to take to unlock it.
