I imported a JTAG file into v8 today and then went straight to 7.5 with the file and saved the file then reopened the file to flash it and it was a different OS than what I imported. So imported it again and saved the file with V8 and it saved it correctly. Now I know to save the file with V8 but don't understand why or how 7.5 could save the file as different OS all segments had different numbers and if you tried the flash the file I got incorrect OS error and it was the file I read from the ecm. Is this normal?

Kind of doesn't make much sense actually :music_whistling_1:, I haven't heard of it as an issue with the JTAG import option.

Yea should have duplicated it before posting. It works fine. Don't know what I was doing....

Duplicated it a couple of times. It's no big issue. If I import with the tool in V8 and open the file without saving it then 7.5 will load the last file it opened instead of the imported file.:music_whistling_1:

Sorry Mike, I just can't picture how this is possible, maybe I am not understanding your process.
