Does anyone on here have the ability to run Vin's and determine what the factory calibration ID and operating system is on a 2015 Ram?

Even with Tech Authority it doesn't narrow it down to an exact match, you still have to choose based on vehicle build. But this is what it shows for that VIN:

31320530AD 2015 DD 6.7L PCM MANUAL 50 STATE W/AMMONIA ENG. REF. 68071546AC
31320530SC 2015 DD 6.7L PCM MANUAL 50 STATE W/AMMONIA DELETE ENG REF: 68071546AC

Note all those new OS's have only just been added to the software (yet to be released, probably next week), so as of right now none of them would do you any good anyway.

Thanks! So all 4 of those are new OS yet to be released in EFILive? His is a manual transmission.

Just joking, next week the update should be released to support all these new OS's for the 2013 - 2017's.
