Import old program error code

Help! My car randomly stopped shifting and now I cant drive it. I want to put the old program back on the tuner but it is giving me and error code $0194. I saw the post about how to go into the program and make room but I dont quite understand how to do that. If someone could give me more descriptive instructions on how to do that asap that would be appreciated since it is my daily driver and I wont have a way to work tomorrow.

Ensure you've got a copy of any tune files and log files on your hardware backed up to your PC before commencing. Instructions for copying off tune files from FlashScan/AutoCal can be found here https://support.efilive.com/kb_article.php?ref=9562-EUAF-6679

Once you have a backup/copy of your tunes/logs, reconfigure FlashScan/AutoCal for BBX by following the instructions here https://support.efilive.com/kb_article.php?ref=6659-YAHB-3781

In summary from the [F5: BBX] menu
1. Set you controller and PIDs for logging in [F2: Scan]
2. Set your controller for read/flashing in [F3: Tune]
3. In [F6: Quick Setup] - make sure you set the options to format/delete etc, as per the final screen shot in the link, and add the tune file you want to flash here.
4. Select Program Quick Setup to copy everything to your device.
