2008 6.7 3500 monitor issues

Truck is having difficulties running monitors. Does anyone know which dtcs are connected/required for each monitor? I know with GM I can access a dtc table for each monitor but with the dodge I cannot find it anywhere.

If the truck is deleted, monitors will never set

So it's not like gm.. I take it the monitors are in forbidden territory and have no ability to modify them ?

Monitors are not included in the calibration offered by EFI...

Once all the emissions equipment is re-installed a full regeneration must complete before the monitors will be ready

We're they originally ? Or just something the us customers have to deal with
