Hello,
I read the flash AB29F400BX of a pcm ACDELCO for a 97-98 LS1A engine which was put in Vats off but I will want to know if the file is well in Vats off.
If someone could read it.

if you do a binary flip or reverse etc. you should be able to open up in the editor.
