need stock file for 2016 cummins

we were flashing a customers 2016 cummins, laptop went into a reset mid flash. so when it came back on and I opened it back up, I'm getting error $053e: VIN security restriction in *.ctz file does not match controllers VIN.

the person we purchased tunes from said I need a stock file

sorry if theyre already posted on here somewhere I'm new to the forums

If you are using an AutoCal for flashing, your tuner will need to provide the stock tune, without security and link it to their FlashScan V2 for you to have permission to flash a stock file.

If you are using FlashScan V2, you can find stock files on Mega, or other file sharing services.

If you are using a V2 just grab any 13-15 file with the same trans to reset it, then go about flashing your tune back in.
