2006 Sierra 4l80e OS needed. OS 12619623

Doing a 4l80 swap on a 06 sierra. Looking for a 4l80e segment swap.
Any help would be great.

So it seems we are SOL on a 06 OS that has a 4l80. What we decided to do was to take a 2005 OS that had a 4l80e segment available and transfer every file one by one with the two tunes open side by side then full re flash the PCM. After doing that the truck went into reduced power mode due to the TAC and Throttle pedal. So we decided to throw in a 05 TAC and it WORKED! Truck does what its suppose too.

I think that also opens you up to a COS as well, none were developed for 06-07 LS1B OS'.

I believe that is correct. I looked for a COS for the 06 and couldn't find one. Now when I have more time Ill look for the 05 COS and hope to go SD.
