Need a favor os 12212156 to cos5

Hello,

Long story short, My V2 has the usb burned out, i can still use it to flash via a sd card, however i cant do a COS upgrade,

would someone be nice to apply the cos5 to my file?

amd yes i will send it out asap to get repaired but i dont want to be without it yet, and i definitely not use my HPtuners.

Can you full flash the COS file via SD card on the V2? I.E. grab the COS5 file from My Documents, transfer to your V2, full flash the LS1 PCM, cal flash existing file, read back out?


If not, someone will have to flash your file into their PCM with COS5 and read it back out. I dont have a LS1B around me right now so I can't help with that part.

that doesnt work, i tried that first.

i found a file with same os and flashed my calibration over it.

i still have to send it out to get fixed, shop is busy and i dont want to be without lol

Ah dang it, good to know that doesnt work. :(

Glad you found another file that works for you. Make sure the base file was the same platform as your vehicle (i.e. F-body, Vette, truck).

I just bit the bullet and shipped it off today, i just hope i dont have to use HP
