Can't get engine to start on stand...

OK so it's an iron 408 6 speed still on the engine stand. Now the tune I want to use and I can't get to fire is a 6 speed '01 f body tune, OS 0288. I've deleted VATS, full flashed, cal flashed, a few times over. Won't fire.
Now just for shits n giggles I flashed in an '01 auto truck tune, OS 0288, disabled VATS, full flashed it and sh!t.... It Fired right up.
Flashed in the manual f body tune and no dice.
Please any help would b greatly appreciated. What am I doing wrong?

this is the 6 speed f body tune that i prefer to use, that i cant get to fire...

this is the truck tune [auto trans] that when flashed into the pcm the engine will fire and run...

They're both 12202088... hmmm

what did the PCM come from...?

Yeah I know weird. Pcm is from an '01 Silverado 5.3 auto. It ran on this tune.
I full flashed a '01 Camaro 5.7 manual tune in and wouldn't start.
Though I'm not sure my rail pressure was right. I had a shifty fuel press Guage on the rail and couldn't get a solid reading.

Oh, and the f body tune, I got it from the drop box link for all the tunes. I wonder if that has anything to do with it?
