DVT FAULT when trying to CASE RELEARN

I am tryin to do a crank sensor relearn, and no matter which method i try i am failing.

I tried EFILIVE and its giving me DVT FAULT,

Parking brake engaged,
Applied brake pressure
engine at idle speed

I even tried with the tech 2 and it doesnt identify the engine is running at idle speed keeps flashing, start engine and idle...

I dont know what to do,

I have a e67 swapped into an 05 CTS-V, i was able to do the Crank relearn the first time, before i had an issue with my BCM, but now it wont let me...

HPTUNER also failed

It is up to operating temp?

Did you clear any DTC's before you started?

When you start the CASE relearn, you have 10 seconds to bring engine speed up over 4000 rpm (i.e. by opening throttle)...
