desired idle speed

I'm having a few issues on initial cold starts keeping the car running.

I accidentally cleared the log, but I had GM.IDLEDES logged, and it always seems to be half of rpm's I have in the desired idle speed chart. Is there a modifier or another table that affects what the pcm wants to see as a desired idle rpm? I have followed a lot of the changes from the idle tuning thread here on the forum.

yea, may take a few days, the weather turned again today.

is this an ok pid selection?

i think i got it.....saw thatB4602 max idle rpm p/n was 0, set that to 1200, started up and ran without having to hit the gas today
