Is the CSP5 option not avaiable anymore?

Doing some tuning on a friend's 06 and needed to BBlog and I cant because for some reason I don"t have the option to install the custom OS. Everything is up to date on my computer. Tried to open 2 different OS's to see if that was the issue. 11352602 and 11450202. I'm stumped, so here I am.

Yep, its plugged into the computer.

tried it again after I restarted my computer and opened only v7 and it works now.

Yes, you must have the FS V2 plugged in AND not have any V8 programs open. V8 will take the V2 USB connection and then V7.5 will not be able to "see" the V2 and therefore will not show the red folders or OS upgrades.
