Factory gm equip. Anytime I've flashed a truck to stock with efilive all my monitors have ran and passed within 30 minutes or less shoot there's only 3 and the 02 have problems with egr passing and if they don't pass the ref will wave it but 02 only from my understanding

Had the factory reflash it. Still no change, no codes, and stuck with a zero on the pass counter. Going to smog it Sat. I hope its wrong. EFI Live if you have ideas, please post.

You should have missfire, ccm (comprehensive components monitoring) and egr. Which one(s) aren't clearing?

regarding P0504. I had a short on my trailer a while back, but replaced trailer wiring and ebrake controller. All seems fine since. I guess that would not affect smog readiness though.

Ahhhhh. I'll give it a few days to see if it cycles like the WUPASS did. I hope I didn't plug it up. I drove it for 2 years w/no plate and turned off via tune. I wonder what kind of test it undergoes to pass internally. Thanks for catching that.

If you have a way of monitoring egr command state you should see it cycling open and close, i am not sure on the percent open it will command, when it is idling and up to minimum temperature. 135 degrees i think

Ok, the EPA counter went up to 1. Looks like I just need to drive it a few cycles now.

UPDATE1: Ok, I think I figured it out. Today, ecm reported a P0128. Seems the thermostat is not allowing it to get hot. The temp has be running cold on the first large white line now for about 2 months. Previously it ran closer to 190-200. It does appear to have about a 1/2 container of fluid in the coolant tank.

UPDATE2: Problem Solved. The thermostat one or both were bad. As soon as I installed new ones, the temps when back up properly allowing heat cycling.
