5.3 PCM's

What year PCM's are the same on the 5.3? Are all 99 up 5.3 PCM's alike? can you bench flash say a 2000 PCM for a 2006 truck? Just curious as I have not tried this before. Thanks,

There are both 512K and 1mb pcm's, so a 99 will be a 512K and 2004+ are 1mb. Somewhere in 2003-4 they switched between the 2 sizes, so this must be correct to be interchangable.
