Tire calculator error please help

Hello everyone,

I started getting this error after removing and reinstalling efilive on my laptop.
It seems like when I open the tire calculator inside the speedometer file, it gives the attached error....

This is also the same problem I now have when trying to adjust TCM files on GM trucks.....

You have to run the tunetool as the Windows Aministrator...

i.e. rightclick->Run as Administrator
