The new tune repository is hosted on DropBox:EFILive DropBox Repository (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/4ydh5wltk3ssxbw/AAAOydqwo_stEO4Rs4SRJ9NGa?dl=0)

Pick a 4L80E file with the same OS and segment swap it.

For T42s, you have very limited 4L80E options. The only vehicles that used them were the Express Vans from 08-10 (iirc), so you have to see if your TCM OS is the same as the one used by the Express (trucks and TBSS you're ok). Otherwise, you'll need to repin and run the 4L80E with a 4L60/70E trans segment.

I used a harness by Nelson performance. And repinned the 2 wires in the tcm connector. Your saying I need to keep searching around for the correct os numbers for the engine and trans. Or can I use new os for both Ecu and tcm and seg swap that and start from scratch. Like its a new vehicle. I

If you used a 4L80E -> 4L60E harness (runs a 80E on 60E wiring), you shouldnt need to do much as far as tuning and you dont want to segment swap it as that will make your wiring incorrect now.

If you're running the 4L80E-on-4L60E harness, then +1 what Erik said, then it is necessary to keep the 4L60E segment.
