Like the title says I have a camaro 5.3/4l80e S475 turbo cos5 speed density running on e85 and I have a really hard time starting it any time it sits overnight it takes 4-5 attempts before it fires up after it runs and warms up it starts on the second attempt other than the starting it runs great so no other issues or complains about the tune, can someone please take a look and help me out ? any help is appreciated.

Hi Jose,
Welcome to the forum
What injectors do you have (lb/hr @ psi)...?
Is you FPR manifold referenced...?
What does rail pressure measure (with reference hose removed during measurement)...?
For your huge injectors B4003, B4004, B9021 should be much smaller, try say 0.3 ms.
Your B0101 VE table seems too high (that table is for MAP below 105 kPa, i.e. non-boost).
Your B0101 and A0009 column 105 kPa have differing values.
Warning: your B3618 is set leaner than stoich (EQR 0.9951)... for boosted applications I would set this to EQR 1.25... check what fueling units your tunetool is set to.
If you set B3613 to 105 kPa (rather than 150 kPa), then you have no gap between B3647 and B3618.

Also note:
- you have AIR enabled.
- your have EVAP/purge enabled.
- your WOT upshift/downshift MPH points are upside-down.

Thanks and they are Siemens Deka 80# vacuum referenced 58psi hose removed, I will take a look at the Stuff you mentioned so far and try to adress it, also the stuff that is on I hadnrt even noticed like the AIR and such.

I hadnt noticed that but I will take a look at what you pointed out also
I will also look at the Wot upshift/downshift mph points

Hello Joe I have a couple questions for you on the AIR And the Evap/purge Do I just zero out the values ? I dont see an enable/disable option, also can you help me understand where you say the WOT up/downshift MPH being upside down? Im lost there sorry for the questions thanks for the help.

Hello Jose,
Hello Joe I have a couple questions for you on the AIR And the Evap/purge Do I just zero out the values ? I dont see an enable/disable option
EVAP: set B0501 or B0502 to max value.
AIR: set B0203 to max value, set B0204 to zero.
i.e. in both cases, make the threshold conditions impossible to meet.
, also can you help me understand where you say the WOT up/downshift MPH being upside down?
WOT 2->1 mph: set D0925-27 to at least 5 mph lower than D0910-12
WOT 3->2 mph: set D0930-32 to at least 5 mph lower than D0915-17
WOT 4->3 mph: set D0935-37 to at least 5 mph lower than D0920-22
The rule is this: the downshift mph threshold must be lower than the corresponding upshift mph threshold.
Im lost there sorry for the questions thanks for the help.
No worries.

Awesome that will work makes sense I will adjust the settings you mentioned and give it a try.
