TPS issue?

Just finished my 5.3 swap into a 79 chevy truck, loaded up my mail order tune and i plugged up my efi live to just check everything over. keyed on and noticed TPS voltage and percent was off.... around 18% and 1.4v so i changed sensor and tried to do the key off unplug reset...no luck. So i fired it up and logged it, it seems to idle hunt and was popping some thru the exaust. Any insight? 2111321114

*just checked voltage at TPS....Im getting 12v from the 5v reference wire??

OK, i tracked down my voltage issue, here is a better log after the fix, still seems to be a rough idle. 21115

Did you fix the TPS voltage (what did you do)...?

Yes I fixed the tps voltage. Turns out when I redid the harness I managed to stick my fan wire in pin 45 instead of pin 42.
The last log I posted was after that fix, seams I still may have an issue causeing a rough idle
