2012 LS3 won't rev past 5700 codes P0100& P0400

I have a 2012 Silverado on the dyno that I can't get to rev past 5700 in 3rd gear.
Rev limiters are at 6700.
What am I missing.
I tried posting a cal and log however the forum is not allowing me to (says asset is not being used by any content that I have access to).

As well it is giving me codes P0100 and P0400 in the scanner.
Thoughts?

I haven't tried posting files for a while. Previously I have been able to.

On the codes and the inability to rev to the rev limit, etc I just started to tune today. Did an LS9 cam and Holley mid ram install.
