Purchased V2 flash scan as a shop backup, has only scan license.......am I effed?

Yo EFI live,

I purchased a flashscan V2 a few years ago (2014) as a backup for my shop. I open the box to update the unit and see that the license card says scan only...... Am I totally effed and have to purchase a tune upgrade or can EFI live can see by the serial # if there was a license card mistake? I hope I wasn't just sent a v2 scanner and charged scan and tune pricing.... That would suck.

Do you have your purchase details? Invoice number, date...etc.

Send an email to sales@efilive.com with you serial number, and as many details as you have on the purchase and we can look it up.

Even if you don't have complete details on the purchase, we will be able to look through our system...the more info you have, the less time it will take to figure it all out.
