demo version error

because of computer problems i reloaded the software. now i need to plug in the box, otherwise it goes into demo mode. yes i registered the software and all correct info is there. i have done this three times, no change. what to do?

it sais: authorisation has been set to "demo". then it sais something about "efilive control panel software". no idea what that means.

In V7 scantool go Help->Register EFILive and post a screenshot.

It looks like the issue date is incorrect... do you have the issue date that is on the blue card...?

that fixed it, thanks. i had troubles inputting the month, maybe because my computer speaks german so i thought the system gegerates the date itself. i also dont remember fighting the date before.

there are other problems since the latest download (i did it three times). my tunes and loggs are it a folder called timesaver or something. it took me a while to find them. the original efilive folder contains the stuff that comes with the software, so it must be new. do you think i can delete that (the "original") folder now or will that cause problems. everything on windows 8.

In the V7 scantool, go Edit->Properties->Folders and look at Logs... you can rename this to match the folder... or you can rename the folder to this.
