I put a nv4500 (5 speed) and 6.0 from a silverado in my jeep, its running with a hacked together 6.0/4l80 and 4.8/5spd tune. it all works but i am getting some stalling when shifting/stopping. i have been comparing some manual/auto tunes and have an idea on what to change but starting with the correct tune for the drive train will be 1000% easier..

Put a 6.0/manual tune in the PCM and start with that. Finding a 5MT trans segment might be tough and you have to go with a 6MT from like a Vette then change the ratios.

i am looking for factory 5mt / 6.0 truck tune, they exist, this drive train came from one of those vehicles.

Post your file up, sounds like you need to do a RAFIG process and dial the idle airflow in. Start with the tutorial on this forum and copy the values from a 5MT tune as a baseline.

What year/OS are you running?

If this doesnt work, worst case you could get a VIN from a truck that has the engine/trans setup you want and find someone to flash it with GM SPS and read it out.

Keep in mind that with the MT tune the CPP (clutch pedal position) switch selects the P/N or IG idle airflow tables, so you have to tune both (RAFIG and RAFPN) as Erik said.

Here's another in BIN format -- not really sure where it specifies auto/manual. Wouldn't mind knowing!21182
