Is it possible to change Corvette C5 2004 from DBW to DBC ?

I'm curious why you'd want to though? It's easier to live with a big TB with DBW as oppsoed to DBC and you can adjust throttle response with a click of a mouse. I'm actually wanting to do the opposite.

The problem with DBW and with high boost you will never solve the REP problem and will keep haveing a problems with p1516 code

what is "high boost" and what is the rep problem?

REP = reduced engine power
this happens when the tune causes the ETC/MAP sanity tables to be exceeded, usually throws a DTC (e.g. P1516).
