URGENT HELP, CANT READ E38,E67,T43, ERROR $0101: No data received

Some days ago i tried to read a tune from a car im working on, i couldnt, it was a E38, today i tried to read an E67 and couldnt neither, tried to read a T43 and same results,, it does detect the ECM, read codes, delete codes, log, etc but i cant read the tune.. i did tried to read and tune a LS1B PCM and it did was possible, so i think there is a problem on the software side or the canbus hardware i dont know, but i really need to fix this, how can i diagnose this? have a couple of cars here i really need to tune, any help will be apreciated.

Are you using V7 or V8?

I tried both, same results, updated both same results, but it does detect the pcm, and i can log, and read codes, but it will not read the tune, (E38,E67, i tried those 2 pcm, ).. but i can read and tune LS1B pcm.

With V7 post the text log you see while reading.

I have the same problem... I have tried to read T43 with 8.2 and it says 0101 error "no data received"

With 7.5 I can get it read but after 15 sec countdown it cant be modified with 7.5, it says maybe with 8.2 but all calibrations and everything on left side are "unknown"

What could be wrong.. Now I have tested it with new usb cable and uninstalled those EFILive softwares and installed them again.. Still the same problem...

I'm new user and I have got it read that transmission T43 box 6.6.2017 and I have that original file... I have not made any changes after that..

If a controller is not yet supported for editing you may get that message. Try using the latest beta software from here: https://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?27604-April-2017-Beta-Release-2
If you still get that message when using that updated software version, send the tune file to me at paul@efilive.com and I'll check on the support status for your controller.
