I got my tune pack from Ridgerunner and he send them in coz and ctz files. He said you full flash the stock tune then cal flash the other ones. I cannot figure out how to get them from the email onto my scan tool SD card. They are showing in the folder when i look at it on my pc but the scan tool isn't showing them.

Tune files will not show up in the Scan folder, they will show up in the Tune folder. To setup your FlashScan V2 for BBX you need to....
1. Ensure that your FlashScan V2 is setup to save files to the SD card. You'll find instructions here https://support.efilive.com/kb_article.php?ref=6425-AKLC-5907
2. Ensure that your FlashScan V2 is setup for standalone features - you've selected the BBR controller and BBF controller and programmed the device. You'll find instructions here https://support.efilive.com/kb_article.php?ref=6659-YAHB-3781.
3. You've then got 2 options to move the tune files to your FlashScan - either via the Quick setup or via EFILive Explorer, both methods are described here https://support.efilive.com/kb_article.php?ref=9562-EUAF-6679
Once you've moved your tune files to FlashScan, reboot FlashScan and you will be able to see them in the [F2: Tune Tool] -> [F1: Tuning] in either the Program Full or Program Cal menus.

You were sent a .bbx fie, it will install your tunes onto your device by following the WORD DOC.
If you need me to resend the .BBX File and instructions I can do that as well.

Yes please resend cause i have been trying everything. timothyberlinski@gmail.com I opened efilive explorer and the file shows on the top section so I drag it to the bottom section and it shows there. But then when i open my scanner and go to tuning that file isn't there. And when I add it throught the BBX feature and hit the green + if i use search i can find the file but when i add it in it has a red x next to it and says not supported by this firmware. But My flashscan is all up to date and not showing any updates available.

You don't drag anything, you press the "PROGRAM" button.
Its a self installing process.
You cannot use EXPLORER with a BBX file, you can only Use V8 Scan and Tune.
The .bbx file will open up in V8 Scan and Tune and it will allow you to press one button and will do it all automatically for you.
