Need some assistance with a modified tune on my 05 LLY

Who can Assist or who can I pay to help me with a DSP5 tune I already have on my truck???

I don't need a custom tune, or a canned locked tune. I am just looking to resolve a few issues.

I have some questions and I would like to see if I can resolve a few issues on my truck.

I will gladly pay or barter with someone for their time with this.
