Anybody has the pinout to flash this ECM on bench ? CANH-CANL etc.

All connections to the middle plug.

GND = 6
Batt 12V = 4
Ign 12V = 22
CANH = 55
CANL = 40

Any reason you want to bench flash it rather than do it in the vehicle?

Customer is far and is sending the ECM..

btw, is it possible to deactivated the Immobilizer ?

Are they doing a conversion?
We were working with someone last month doing conversions in Europe and I never heard the final result on how they went.
If you are shipping them a new ECM you can't really do that, the ECM needs to be set up IN the vehicle with TIS.

No conversion.. The first customer just sent his ECM, and about the IMMO, I had a few requests to tune a second ECM to replace the OEM.. In case of
a warranty call, they will put back the original one...

As I don't have TIS, I was looking for a workaround.

Sorry, but additional things need to be set up like injector flow programming and various other learn items, TIS is needed.
