V2 Flash Scan Vin Licenses

Is there a way to move vin Licenses from one V2 to another?
The reason I ask is I have two V2's and want to sell the one but need the licenses off of it as I still tune those cars.

You would need to send both V2's to EFILive in NZ and cover shipping both ways.

I can't seem to sell the second unit I have. But I wanted the vin licenses and the Dodge tuning option off of it.
