wont rev up on trans brake

new tune and makes great power but wont rev up to the 2 step while on the transbrake. and is sluggish off the starting line till about the 100ft mark. 5.3 turbo . heres my tune and a log while trying to get up to the 2step thanks for any advise.2141221413

Some weird stuff is going on...

your log shows at 170 kPa your injectors are only at 30% DC... looks like something wrong with your PCM possibly... can you do a full flash.

also something wrong with your wideband, it is way off.

Which V7 build version are you using...?

( I think it might fix your wideband problem )

Your PE is a little too lean for boost, you should be commanding something like AFR 11.5.
Your spark timing is also too advanced for boost.
Your VE tables look wrong.

What is the stall speed of your torque converter...?
