7.4L vortec black box

I recently bought a project car that has a brand new, bone stock 454 engine in it. The computer running it is 16244210. I've gotten as far as finding out to tune it I would need a a 0411 pcm and that I would need to contact Lextech for a pinout. I've tried to contact lex via multiple sites with no response. Most of the forums doesn't have him being logged in for a good 6 months now.

I plan on sticking a zz502 cam in it, although I haven't done much research, that's down the road. The trans is a 4l80e and I need to find a cheap solution to correct the gear ratio. I've never played with tuning software, not sure what the expense would be for a cable and software.

Hopefully the lights are still on in this subforum - this engine and swap is a bit dated now.
