08 E38 ECM Locked itself

Hey all,

Hopefully there is a way to get this unlocked, I was able to read the cal, and make changes, went to reflash cal and it tells me it was locked with a custom key, I need a way to program this ECM, it has to go Wednesday. I did not lock the ECM and now I can't read the cal out of it. Engine still starts and runs but I have to make changes to get rid of the CEL and fix a speedo parameter that is causing it to read wrong. Any help would be great.

what build version does it say...?

Build version 323, V7.5.10

did u read/write the tune with the tune tool or v8 software? if u used the v8 software you can just write another tune over the top of it

same problem but different. popped in a different ecm from my old suburban because I needed the gas tune from it before I pu in the duramax but forgot. swapped this 07 into an 07 suburban and it says its locked. How come why what for? should I build a stand alone harness?
