HELP 06 Manual 6 speed 5.9 with larger turbo SMOKEY

I have been playing around with this tune trying to reduce my smoke output. the truck is stock other than bored 40 over electric fans, and upgraded turbo with 67x89x95 Billet Compressor Wheel and 67mm x 76mm 10 blade turbine wheel with grid heater delete. current tune is smooth but smokes like a coal train. not sure where to start to clean it up. timing or boost. any help would be greatly appreciated.21659

Boost/Fuel Limiting table and Timing table need help for smoke control. If I had to guess, a stock tune in there would not be smokey? Have you tried that? If so, compare those and see why it would make a difference.
