V2 blank screen

When I plug my V2 into a USB port it gives me a lit screen that is blank. The computer could not see the V2 when I plug it in to the OBII it starts working ??

Go Start->All Programs->EFILive->V8->EFILive V8 USB Manager

in the app that comes up, uninstall the current USB driver, then install the earlier USB driver.

I'll give it a try but I can't see how would help the screen always seemed to light up regardless of what drivers where installed

Try a different USB cable.
