Regional settings?

So I moved to Toronto Canada and was trying to change my regional settings so I can be compliant with the county I live in. After changing my setting I noticed no change in the program or seeing restricted DTC's. I deleted the program and reinstalled and still no such luck. I'm really confused thanks for any help

When the EFILive software is installed it checks and remembers the PC's regional settings at the time the software is installed. So you'd need to change your PC regional settings to Canada, then uninstall, then delete the EFILive registry settings, then re-install the V7 software.
