No plans at this stage sorry, that is a very odd ECM. Cummins code merged with Bosch hardware.

It is Cummins own code and methodology but recomplied to run on EDC17 hardware (so Tri-Core CPU with those weird address structures, little endian etc).

On the Cummins hd v2 do the ecms it can tune require third party unlocking prior to reading or writing ?

No, there is no such security enabled on them as that appears to be a Dodge Ram thing only.

All Cummins HD ECMs we currently support, and older ECMs we plan on supporting all have ECM read enabled.
