2016 LML haze at idle...

Have a customer, deleted with a reputable tuners file, the truck constantly hazes at idle. EGR is blocked, DPF/DEF removed, 9th Injector unplugged. Did some searching seems to be fairly common with most tuners, can anyone provide any insight into this? It

That isn't common, it may smell more due to no SCR and DPF, due to the fact that equipment is missing, but hazing at idle, not unless its -15 and not plugged in
