Autocal Remote Unlink issue

Have a customer with an Autocal serial starting in 50xxxxxx 10 digits. When I go to generate an unlock code it says the autocal serial must start with 00 and be 12 digits long.

What am I doing wrong?

Enter the 00 in front of the 50..... to make 12 digits.
