Hello, just checked status of a tuning option upgrade as manual intervention required. I double checked serial number is correct and don't see an issue, appears billing was completed according to my bank. Looking for a quick response as I have a customer on the way and my other v2 is full. Didn't mean to put this off till last minute but need a quick solution, thanks for taking time to read for anyone that could offer assistance

As per the product description Tuning options are processed during regular NZ business hours. They are not automated.

Based on the time of your post it was between 6 and 7 am in New Zealand when you posted.
