You used to be able to bench test the throttle body and pedal on the e40, e38, e67s. Can you do the same with the l86, lt1, lt4, l83 e92 files? I'm not getting any throttle body or pedal codes? No reduced power message? I've tried both the auto and manual tune files, manual made the blade move a lot further with a Auto file it barely moved at all, I assume because the tcm was missing.

Do you need the high pressure fuel rail sensor or maf hooked up? In order to go past 33% because I'm getting a bunch of codes for those items missing. I tried simulating the high pressure fuel sensor, and got it sitting around idle 13,000 kpa, but still setting hp fuel codes.

Tps 1 and 2, and sae and commanded all show 33% plus the blade seems like it's at 33%. Looking at the tb. Pedal is showing 99% pressed all the way to the floor

Any updates to this? I just did my first E92 L83 stand-alone conversion and am trying to bench test the throttle and TB. Ecm flashed fine but I get no throttle movement at all with the harness powered up. Even with scan tool hooked up the TPS values don’t change.

With key on, engine off does a 2014-2016 Silverado throttle body open and close? Or does it only move when engine running and no codes?
