01 to 02 conversion - no starts

I converted a friends truck from 01 OS to an 02 DSP2 OS.

He is getting no starts as well as the classic oil life not resetting. He is also having trouble getting his fuel tank to read properly.

Any ideas?

Are 01 DSP2's available that remove the speed limiter?

Was all this was done using the latest version of the software?.
I hope to finish off the 2001 DSP² tonight, I'll just do one I think.

Not sure but I am pretty sure it was done with the latest version. By software you mean the latest version of EFI live?

Will the 01 dsp2 remove the speed limiter?

Are you talking about Doug's truck?, if yes I am dealing with him via Email.
Yes, I meant the latest software released.
Yes, DSP² will take care of the 01 limiter, actually, you can remove it from the standard O.S, it's the Max fuel vs Speed table that is the problem.

Have you checked for codes? Is VAT disabled? My guess is "Theft deterrent" code is the reason for no start. If VAT is disabled, try flashing a tune in it with VAT enabled. Then another with it disabled.
It seems random on my truck but this is the procedure I have used.
